After a full description of the problem and photos to demonstrate lamp not charging, Keith was very honest and advised that the fault was that of the circuit board and was, sadly, not a fixable problem.
Keith was extremely courteous, prompt and helpful in his diagnosis and I will certainly use his services in the future.
We had an all weather external socket fitted by the above company. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the engineers, were very respectful whilst working in our home. In addition, one of the engineers also offered to put a right a job that was done by another company but; left unfinished. Keith answered my panicked What’s app on a Sunday evening really promptly as I very dramatically thought our broken external up lighters that were hanging off the wall wires exposed would mess up all our electrics.
Keith arranged a time to come on the following Wednesday with the perfect solution of replacement up lighters after reassuring me that the electrics were safe.
